10. Luke Mably – The Prince and Me I & II
This beautiful man with luscious lips starred with Julia Stiles and then all but disappeared in the U.S. He’s working in the U.K., but we wouldn’t mind seeing him in a film or two Stateside.

8. Matthew Goode – Chasing Liberty
Ah Chasing Liberty. What an underrated teen flick. Matthew Goode was so dreamy as the reluctant super secret agent, Ben Calder. Matt has been hard at work and is actually going to be in the upcoming Watchmen. But we think the ladies want to see him swoop another young starlet off her feet, right?

7. Chad Michael Murray – A Cinderella Story, Freaky Friday
We had so many hopes and dreams for Chad Michael Murray. He was on the rise…until he publicly humiliated Sophia Bush with his on-set affair with a younger woman. Alas, CMM is still starring in One Tree Hill.

6. Topher Grace – Win a Date with Tad Hamilton, In Good Company
He’s an unexpected heartthrob, but he had great chemistry with Kate Bosworth in Win a Date with Tad Hamilton (not so much with ScarJo). We all had high hopes for him, especially after his role in Spider-Man 3. Let’s hope he doesn’t totally lose steam.

5. Zach Braff – Garden State, The Last Kiss
Zach Braff had a little bit of a push, after doing Garden State, but things started going wrong with his career when his mistreatment of Mandy Moore hit the tabloids. Don’t mess with Mandy, bitch! We think Zack’s got a comeback in his back pocket. Let’s wait and see.

4. Hugh Dancy – Ella Enchanted
Hugh Dancy was a little-known actor, even after he won over Anne Hathaway in Ella Enchanted. Don’t fret, ladies. This dream boat is making his return in the new movie Confessions of a Shopaholic.

3. Tom Welling – Smallville
This is one of the greatest tragedies in modern Hollywood history. Tom Welling was meant to be a huge Hollywood heartthrob. His was a shoe-in, but we hear that he’s settled and happy and stuff in Vancouver, so his work in Tinsel Town is limited. Sigh. Why, Tom, why?

2. Freddy Prinze Jr. – She’s All That, Down to You, Summer Catch
Remember when all teen chick flicks had Freddy Prinze Jr. as the leading man? We sure do. Since the mid-2000s, his career has slowed down, almost to a halt. He is working, however, but nothing that is primed to be a mega-hit.
