Damn Addictive Game!
The object of the game is to get the smiley guy into the red hole. You can cut through wood, but not metal or bricks. It’s fun in the beginning and then it becomes an obsession! Check out Splitter 2 here.

Of Course I Love Free!
While browsing the Internet I stumbled upon jimprice.com. Jim is a regular Software Engineer from Texas who has posted games on his site. Free games like Space Invaders and Asteroids.
Although those games are classic, I’m keen on Tux on the Run. It’s like Super Mario Brothers, expect Tux has no brother and he’s a penguin.

Awesome Flash Game: Anika’s Odyssey
I was drawn to this game because the game shares a name of my beautiful neice. Then when I went to see what it was like, I fell madly in love. Anika’s Odyssey is such a sweet and beautiful little game. Enjoy the game after the jump.

Nintendo Toaster…Homage to BSG?
Okay, so I’m still in full Battlestar Galactica obsession/mourning mode. When I saw this it made me think of BSG toasters right away. It’s the Super Nintoaster: one part Super Nintendo, one part toaster. You can read more at Engaget.

Cylon Base Ship Gets a New Mouse
This mouse is flaming! Check out the Sharkoon The Rush FireGlider. It’s not particularly wow-worthy stuff, but it reminded me so much of the Cylon base ship in Battlestar Galactica, that I wanted to share it’s glory with the world. The mouse features “no-slip grip, a half dozen programmable buttons, maximum resolution of 3,600 DPI, Teflon feet for superior gliding and an obligatory internal tuning system to adjust its weight from 118 to 135 grams.” The gaming mouse will set you back $32. Yeah, we’re not in a recession or anything. Check out the details at Engaget.

Rockband Scores A Beatles Edition
Wow. This is amazing news. It’s been confirmed that there will be a Beatles edition of Rockband, the popular rhythm-based video game.
The Beatles’ management said Thursday that a Beatles version of the Rock Band video game will debut in September. In addition, they’ll sell accompanying instruments modeled after the ones used by the band. (Google News)
I hope they offer John Lennon’s Rickenbacker. This is great news for Beatles fans. Woo hoo!

Do We Really Need A Hannah Montana PSP?
Looks like Sony is finding cheap ways to repackage…and repackage…and repackage the PSP. I draw the line here, though. Ladies and Gents, welcome the Hannah Montana PSP. I love the color, but hate the marketing tie-in. Have we stooped this low as a society, that Hannah Montana is getting her own PSP?
